Printing & licensing

Classroom Licence

Also called: classroom license, educational use licence

A classroom licence permits a teacher to print and distribute copies of a resource to their own students, without permitting resale or redistribution to other teachers.

It is broader than a personal licence (one household) and narrower than a commercial one. In practice it covers printing a class set, sending copies home with students, and using the material in a homeschool co-op or tutoring setting.

What it does not cover is uploading the file to a shared drive for a whole school district, selling it, or including it in a paid resource pack. Those need explicit permission.
