Who we are

KidsColorWorks ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Cosyslabs. We provide free printable coloring pages, worksheets, and educational templates for children. Our registered contact address for privacy matters is [email protected].

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate this service:

• Analytics data — page views, session duration, device type, and general geographic region, collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity. This data is aggregated and anonymised. We only enable analytics after you give consent via our cookie banner.
• Email address — if you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. Sign-up is voluntary and uses a double opt-in flow (you must confirm your email before being added).
• Contact form messages — if you contact us, we store the message and email address you provide so we can respond.
• Technical logs — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested URL) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

KidsColorWorks provides content for children but is intended to be operated by parents, teachers, and guardians. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Our newsletter and contact forms are strictly for adult use. We do not ask for a child's name, age, or any other identifying information.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Analytics and cookies

We use cookies to improve site performance and understand how visitors use KidsColorWorks.
